Career Opportunities

We are constantly searching for quality professionals interested in careers at Camarda. We have a hard working, team-driven, positive attitude culture which is cherished and zealously guarded.  Ethical career histories  and a "clients first/do what's right" approach to work is mandatory. Long-term, successful employees come early, work late, eat lunch at their desks, do not excessively socialize at the workplace, and maintain high-energy, positive attitudes which uplift and inspire their teammates; those without these characteristics typically leave before the probationary period has elapsed.  Camarda has a strong bias toward promotion from within, and career upside is limited only by aptitude, interest, and demonstrated ability to produce quality results.  Ongoing skills improvement and education is encouraged and approved education is reimbursed. Compensation and benefits are extremely competitive, in addition to very lucrative  bonus potential based both on individual  and team/firm performance metrics. While we are very discriminating in who we invite to join our team, we are always looking for the right people to cultivate into lifelong star performers at Camarda.
