Important Notice
We are pleased to announce that Fidelity had made significant technological improvements in your ability to access account information online, and solved several problems that were troublesome to a good many users. To accomplish this, the web portal has been rebuilt, and the old one has been deactivated. Unfortunately, you will need to go directly to Fidelity’s site to use the service, and must reregister. Camarda and Fidelity are sorry for the inconvenience, but are sure you will greatly appreciate the improved service!
In order to access your accounts online, you must now create a new user ID and PIN number on the Fidelity.com website. Please read below for more information or visit www.fidelity.com to view your account information.
In order to access your accounts online, you are now required to create a new user ID and PIN on the Fidelity.com website. You will need your Social Security number as well as one of your Account Numbers. Once you have created your logon, you will be able to continue accessing the same features found on the Account View page in a much more robust manner. You will also continue to have availability to Watch List, News & Insights, Market Sectors, in addition to real time account values, history and much more!
Because Fidelity does not currently household accounts based on legal or mailing address, accounts that are listed under different Social Security numbers will have separate user ID logons; however, once you have created access to all of your accounts you can view them under the Full View tab under Accounts & Trade.
If you have any questions regarding the above or have difficulty using the Fidelity website please contact Joyce Eason at (904) 278-1177, etc. 208.
