What do you do at Camarda Wealth?

My Operations duties and responsibilities include providing support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support managers, Wealth Advisers and Sales team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. As a Property Manager, the tasks are varied between overseeing renovations, repairs, showing homes and commercial suites to potential tenants, screening tenants, collecting rent and reporting back to the owners.

What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?

State of Florida Sales Associate license. 30 Years in the Real Estate industry with extensive experience with sales, contracts, closings, post-closing duties as well as New home construction, property management and personal investment properties.

What do you like about working at Camarda Wealth?

Family owned business focused on operating as a team with camaraderie that will enable each department to provide excellent service to the clients.

What is your background?

 I am a Jacksonville native with a background in Real Estate Sales, Development, Investment, New Home Construction and Property Management. 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Outside of work, I enjoy family, Aeroponic Organic Gardening, music, my two rescue cats, visiting the Smoky Mountains, community events and traveling.
