What do you do at Camarda Wealth?
Manage a portfolio of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, help reduce property taxes, advise clients on aspects of their portfolio that pertain to the Real Estate Industry.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I have a BSN from SUNY Plattsburgh and have worked in Real Estate for over 30 years and currently hold a Florida Realtor’s license. I took several years of Law classes because I was interested and it helps with understanding contracts and landlord-tenant law.
What is something that property investors have to deal with that you want to fix?
I’d like to see companies be ethical. Being fair and honest with people are values that drive me.
